IP_TaskFindID
IP_TaskFindID — finds a task by its node, process, and channel IDs.

Arguments
- nid
- The node ID of the task to be found.
- pid
- The process ID of the task to be found.
- chid
- The channel ID of the task to be found.
Returns
A pointer to a cached
IP_Task whose nid,
pid and chid exactly
match the requested values, or NULL if
there is no match.
Description
This function looks up a task in the current process's task cache by
matching the node, process ID and channel ID of the target task.
Channel ID is only relevant in QNX 6.
